GNU Emacs - hackning through the digital wilderness...

GNU Emacs is my pickaxe with which I hack myself through the digital wilderness. Besides being a filemanager, news reader, email client and web browser it is actually a great editor as well (pun!)

The great thing about Emacs is in the essence of this editor - it its extendable (where the sky is the limit)

I get my emacs thrills through:

1. Planet Emacsen (read it every day)
2. Emacs wiki

And It amazes me that time after time, my "I wonder if you can do this..." meets  "yes, you can" one of the above places. Of corce the opposite is also true like "I had no idea you could do that" when reading either the wiki or the planet above. Simply amazing....

Hello World! / FirstPost! / or something similar

So I have started blogging. I have come around thinking that blogging actually is a great way to get your thoughts "down on paper".

This blog will mostly be about Free Software and Open Source.  Other topics might however sneak in. 

Let's see what happens....
